Please think over the idea of needing to reach a post level to start threads

Political and Money boards seem to get several alters in waves, there may be other boards as well.
It would be nice if the ability to start a thread on those would not unlock until you have made "X" amount of posts. That would slow down the alter invasion that comes in cycles. It is something other message boards have implemented.
