Periscope Rules Clarification

Dear Chicken and Admins,

Could we please get a clarification on what is and isn't allowed on this site regarding Periscope?

I understand that you don't want us flash mobbing people and invoking the name OT and Tigerdroppings. I also understand that you don't want us to do any stupid racist stuff. I don't think we were being racist, just a little trolling.

However, I wondered if we could still do topics based on funny people we've encountered on periscope and maybe even make recommendations on who we should follow. Could we please be allowed to do that if we promise to behave ourselves???
