Page jumping straight to the bottom

Whenever I open a new page on any of the forums, my page jumps down to the bottom of the page.
I tried signing out and signing back in.
No other website is having this problem

Happening to me too. I clicked on help board and it jumped me all the way to the bottom.but when I click reply, it did not jump down
