Need some sort of refresh button

Say you're in a thread, read all the way to the bottom, would be nice to have an easy refresh type button to reload the thread from that point and all the new posts show up.
yes i can right click and hit reload but a built in feature for at least desktop version would be sweet and very beneficial.

that's awesome, but should be on desktop version which was illustrated as my primary concern. Should do the same thing.
