You don't.

Unless you have a very compelling reason, management is typically against name changes.

Rummell has given you the correct answer but there is an alternative method that's a little tougher.

It's commonly referred to as the Coliseum Method.

If you can generate enough support for your name change, in the form of upvotes, you could then email management and your request will likely be granted.

This will take at least a 75:1 upvote to downvote ratio so you're really going to have to work for it.

It also wouldn't hurt to buy about $100 worth of swag from the TD store. So like a hat and 2 koozies.
