My avi and sig are not showing up

My sig quote was "We are all atheists about most of the gods that humanity has ever believed in. Some of us just go one god further." and i received a message saying it was inappropriate. I'm guessing it was from the poli board mod? Now my avi image is not appearing.

no avi that I put up appears. Half the posters on this site have a pornstar as their avi.
The funny part is that the people who probably gut rustled over it are the ones who call folks snowflakes every other post.

Yea that's why I'm saying you need to pick your hill. You're going up against the prevailing sensibilities of the admin team/majority of the members, people RA'd you for it so your privilege to Avis and Sigs has been restricted. If it's a huge issue to you, a hill to die on, then flick everyone the bird and leave.
If it's not your hill then apologize for the transgression, promise to play within the bounds established here, and plead to have the privilege reinstated.
Or pick the third route and just post without either. Many people access this site on mobile and most of them aren't seeing avis/sigs anyhow.

I didn't break a rule. I just read through them. I had that avi and sig quote for close to a year.

I'm not an admin and I'm not saying that I'm offended by the picture. It's a solid troll, but I can understand how it would rustle a devout Catholic or something.

Anything related to religion isn’t allowed on this site. Too many people get riled up too much when religion comes up. It gets personal quickly and it’s a bad look for the site
