iPhone login issues

I am able to login on my laptop, but no matter which browser I use, I cannot login from my iPhone.
I have reset my password multiple times, none of which worked, yet my original password works on my laptop.
Pls help..

You've reset your password, but can still login on your laptop using an old password?

No error message. It just says "password is incorrect". I have requested to change my password on my phone and the temporary password that gets emailed to me does not work, yet my original password works when I use my laptop. It is so strange.

the issue is the apostrophe in your name...our log in screen on desktop and android can handle it but for whatever reason, iphone chokes on it...
For now, I can make your name The Dudes Rug if you want and you will be able to log in...let me know.

I would gladly take that name change. I miss being able to use TD on my phone. Thank you for helping me with this strange problem.

Well, I never got the issue resolved back in 2019. I switched to an Android device and stopped worrying about it. I recently switched back to iPhone and realized I never found a solution.
