Internet connectivity

I have new installation of Windows 10 pro 64 bit. Have gigabyte motherboard with ethernet. Drivers are updated. Using Trend Micro security suite (problem occurs when this is turned off). Get error message "The remote device or resource won't accept the connection." The computer is in network and can see the server etc. But get this message and can not surf internet. Intermittent problem and occurs only on 3 computers. Have reset ethernet card. Done IP Config / release, renew and usually not help. No proxy checked. IP config shows DHCP, IP address etc and can ping other computer, server etc. Any thoughts.
