I have a proposal for a new feature that could enhance this site

How about an official ban bet process with an official ban bet board showing who made ban bets, status of the bet, status of the ban, length of ban, etc.. People need to be accountable for their ban bets on here, this can't devolve into a place of lawlessness like California.
You could mark and lock the individual posts that contain the ban bet, or folks could tag the ban bet post and mods can lock it and put the info into the ban bet table.
It would be fun to look at the board and easily find the bets, and mock those who lost, and praise those who won.

I would imagine Chicken would love nothing more than to set up a portion of the site that actively keeps people from increasing the site traffic.
