I can't up vote or down vote, and options tab doesn't work

I up voted you here, but can't on the SEC board. Can't use the option button to edit or RA on certain boards either. This place is falling apart.

Weird. I can up vote here too but not SEC board.

It was fixed, but now the problem is back. Can't use options tab or up vote or down vote again. I thought I'd let you know.
