I can't highlight text on this sight nor can I search

weird I had this issue before.
Now it has come back. I can't highlight text to quote, I also can't click on the search feature.
I can on my phone, so it's very strange.
I thought it was my mouse, but I tried other sites and a forum and it worked.
Is this just me or is there a desktop issue?
