How to google search for a post by a specific username?

Does anyone know how to google search posts by a specific username? As everyone knows, the site's search function isn't reliable, and I'm trying to find a post of mine from a couple years ago. I know a word or two that were included in the post.

I don't even remember the topic honestly. I'm trying to recover my avatar (image expired), and I know I mentioned the source after somebody asked me about my old avatar. I know my post contains the word "yahoo" since I got my avatar from an old yahoo ad. I know it's probably one of the only posts I had that mentioned that word.

I know I know. There aren't any names that are very similar to mine, but if searching, you get a lot of false positives for obvious reasons.

Do something like
Site:tigerdroppings.com "posted by Sub" "yahoo" "food and drink"
I'm on my phone but it's something like that depending on the board you used. The posted by could be a little different depending on a colon. I'd have to be on my laptop.
