Just highlight the up/down vote button, hold the Alt button, and press F4.

Email Chicken and request an Official TigerDroppings Upvote/Downvote Change Request Form. You must write your reason for your original upvote/downvote and the reason you feel the need to change it. Send your form and $25 application fee back to Chicken. He and his admins will usually process the application and hold a meeting on whether or not to allow the change. The whole process takes about 3 weeks.
