he does what he does, hasn't really ever been any different. Not sure what the "reason" was this time, but if it were anything like times past:

I don't know Chris or even talk with him when he is active, But i do not like the way he is treated around here.

I thought GCS and PJ got banned for endlessly fanning the flamings about some fake theory regarding the Mickey kidnapping case when it was on the OT. PJ was let back in but not GCS.

Perceived violations of #2 are probably more clear-cut and less likely to fall under favoritism like #4. Just my .02

I'm not going to dispute anything you're saying but from my observations and knowledge, OweO had a rap sheet on TD half a mile long.
And that is probably why he is still banned.

Yeah. I suppose. It would be nice if once reinstated, previous sins were forgiven and forgotten.
But they aren't...sucks for Chris.
It's also kinda the duty of the head rooster to listen to the collective wishes of the tribe.

Chicken had to delete the other MShunick because things had gotten so bad and he was not only warned by other posters to slow down or cut it out but also by Chicken IIRC.
Also, his banning could have had something to do with this personal attack on PJ in the middle of the new Shunick thread....

He posted something else not even a page later that was another personal attack on PJ that was extremely out of line....to the point that he edited and was called out by numerous posters...I think whatever was edited from this post was the straw that broke the camel's back...

I do think a 4+ month sentence to banland should be more than sufficient in this case...I mean at least for someone who understands what they did to earn the banhammer.

I don't think it was right for either of them to be bickering/arguing/attention whoring in a thread with the subject matter such as the MS threads....
The fact they were both banned over it (by the head cluckster, nonetheless) shows it was out of line. Save those 'attacks' for the IM threads.

There is a prominent poster that does this and brags about it yet is not banned.
Where's the symmetry in that?
