STU, spidey and tigahs are "crusaders" except there is little sympathy for them because they only crusade for themselves and what they want and have very little regard for what anyone else wants.
Their typical response is acting like spoiled little children that don't get their way and cry about "fairness" and "integrity" when they get hand slapped.
and sorry Tigahs but IMHO your brother should never have been reactivated and he should have known better than to throw his 1,209th chance out the window like he did. Habitual offenders get closer scrutiny, welcome to the "real" world of td.com

any fool can see tuba is posting on tigahs account, which i belive is in conflict with board rules.

It wasn't a week after the fact. It was the same day.
It wasn't arbitrary. He was banned after it was reviewed by an admin committee of 13. It wasn’t even close. Hew was banned and you are getting very close to being banned as well.
You should attempt to get your facts straight before championing a cause for a poster that does nothing but continue to flame and get banned for doing it.
If you would douche every now and again you would get rid of the rotten fish smell.
