Just tired of it. That was my name on the Tiger Lair and I kept it the same because I knew all most of those guys. When I arrived here I discovered that none of them were here anyway so there was no point in keeping the name. I guess I was just too lazy too mess around with it until recently.

Thanks Captain. How is the lifting going? Are you still on 5-3-1? My shoulder injury is crippling now and an MRI confirmed a partially torn tendon. Now I need to decide whether I want to risk surgery, which does not have a high success rate, or just stop doing all pressing movements. Sucks.

awesome. tested out at 1405 raw a few weeks back.
In a bodybuilding type split now with one power lift to start the day. Also added in some olympic lifts, hang clean and press, and regular cleans. Getting bigger and stronger, bodyfat dropping, weight stays the same. it;s amazing.

I know you love to lift, but try something else. I used to be a competitive swimmer. Try it, it might be something you could get into.

Thanks.
I also wanted to check in with the admins to see how my name change is progressing. I knwo they are working day and night on this and I want to make sure they know I support them 100% and if there is anything I can do, like bring them a case of Capri Suns, to help them in the process as they toil away please let me know.
