It took us until December to get the Christmas lights. Those results we be up there awhile

I'm 74 years old and rely on my grand daughter for IT support. Unfortunately she's not here. I tried copy & paste but that obviously didn't work. Can you explain it to me in a few words.

Man this got moved to the HELP board.

I clicked on the link. It asks for my email to set up an account. I did and got a 403 error message saying Forbidden
