Just because you say something doesn't make it true. I just showed you how many golf courses were in AMERICA, so just because you don't look for soccer fields doesn't mean they don't exist. FTR, I never played soccer. I grew up playing golf and baseball.

I'm going to have to disagree with you on that. There are like 10 golf courses in every city, and maybe 2 soccer fields.

That is one of the most ignorant statements ever posted on this site.

But he and his buddies have more options for golf.....

The main difference is one of volume.

Leave the golf PLAYING and discussion of tournaments threads on the MSB.

Put the gold EQUIPMENT threads on the OT.

It's not that difficult to understand. You don't need a new board.

Agreed, they sticky tourney threads for every major.

Jesus the soccer nerds are in attack mode. Im.NOT saying you don't deserve your own board, but you shouldn't care if golfers have their own as well. Trust me, I would never go the fricking soccer board to discuss Golf

I said I didn't have a problem with their own board, but for you to spout off false statistics even when shown real ones is laughable.

No shite I already referenced my opinion, which happens to coincide with all of yours. Y'all just want to hear tthat soccer is way more important than golf and yalls board is the best ever. I don't want them collaborated but don't try to feed me that shite that soccer is more relevant and prevalent than golf on this site.

And to whoever said my comment about soccer facilities compared to golf courses being the most ridiculous thing ever posted on this site, either can't read well or has a keen sense of hyperbole. While it may not be accurate nation wide, in Louisiana golf is way more common than soccer. Sorry you can't see thar

How would you know this?

I check the Soccer Board and MSB daily and I think soccer is much more relavant.

The golfers are comprised of a select few die hards and then a bunch of random guys. Outside of a few tournaments a year, the die hards are really the only ones watching golf day in and day out. The board would be dead in between majors.

Like I said, I love golf, but it doesn't need it's own board. Soccer is a sport that goes year round with dozens of top level leagues and tournaments around the world. There is always something to talk about and because of tournaments like Euro 2012, our numbers on the board are continually growing.

But S is a soccer jock so...

On a side note, do people expect a good reaction after criticizing one of another person's favorite things?
