Can we get a minimum post count threshold for starting a new thread?

I think this would help for some of the stuff that has been going on here lately.
Even a 100 post threshold would cut out a lot of the shenanigans.

normally, I wouldn't agree with this nonsense, but a 30 or 50 minimum might help reduce alters. What would help even more is if trolling and flaming sanctions were tightened again.

I think a minimum would be good. Might help stop some of the bots. And anything that might be able to slow down DavidtheGnome would be good too.
