I see where some posters being concerned about being banned but I cannot find any rules on this (hey I'm old). Where can I find them please?

I even told everyone some true stories about my life to prove it. Truly embarrassing stories but if you can’t laugh at yourself you would go crazy. I’m a good guy I just would like to be like everyone else and just escape by talking to some cool people. Again I’m not Chris or oweo or an alter of more experience poster. I’m josh nice to meet you
