Anyone else getting browser redirects?

I am constantly getting redirected from the TD homepage to some bullshite site called "promotionsandsweeps.com"
Browser is IE11 on a Dell computer.

Just got redirected here 3 times in a row when trying to open this thread

Never had this issue until I got iPhone 7...I am redirected 5-6 times a day (minimum) to some site and then the app store immediately opens up to that app to buy. And I am not clicking on any banners or any of that advert shite.
