Whats you favorite mobility or flexibility methods?
Looking for something to add to my schedule.
Ive done Yoga and MWod in the past. My lady is wanting to try Yoga post-pregnancy here so im leaning that direction.

I do ROMWOD daily, it's good because it's formalized, whereas mobwod is just kstar yapping.

RomWod for mobility, Yoga for stability

I'm going to try both. On top of that I have a daily routine set up to hopefully once and for all fix my Anterior Pelvic Tilt. Which in turn fixes my tight hips and lower back pain.
Seriously if you sit all day at work or experience lower back pain when you lift/walk a lot. Look into APT and your hip flexors. Most people misdiagnose this as a lowerback or hamstring issue. Those things are just symptoms.
