Spinoff from the OT. I am troubled by gallbladder problems from time to time, So far it's bearable, but it may have to come out eventually. I've read anywhere from a month to six months before you can resume heavy exercise, depending on your doctor. Anybody been through this and can relate your experience?

I had a lap a few years back for endometriosis. Because they had to shift some stuff around (the endometriosis had webbed between my bowel and my abdominal wall) it took several months before I could really get back into it.
I also still have some issues with my left lower abdomen where I had the lap done. I just recently had to take some rest days for core exercises because I irritated that muscle.
Make sure you talk to your doctor to get his OK. And even after that take it slow and easy. Listen to your body. If it doesn't feel right don't do it until you're ready. You don't want to end up with an incisional hernia because you didn't wait for everything to heal.

Serrapeptase
Check out what that stuff can do for you. It gets rid of dead stuff in your body, including scar tissue. It seems this stuff clears up some of the things that laparoscopic surgery was going to be required for, plus it is pretty affordable. Hope it helps you

Im in surgery.
In most cases, it will be 6 weeks then return to activities as tolerated.
In other words, take it slow, but go ahead and ease back into it.

Took me 2 solid months to get back to running after . You're going to experience a lot of diarrhea my man . So pop so oxy , get yourself a smoothie and some fruit also a Netflix subscription and sit on down .

I had laparoscopic hernia repair. Don't plan on doing anything for six weeks (or longer if the doc says). I walked and rode a stationary bike. Didn't lift till my six weeks was up.
