Two athletes start with 2 loaded 75lb barbells and start synchronized snatches. Start together at the bottom and lock out together at the top for 24 reps. The 3rd athletes stays in the starting area and can switch in if needed.
Upon completion, one heads to the rings, which I’m guessing will be set at 66”-72” above the floor and perform jumping muscle ups, ie Jump into the catch and lock out a ring dip for 36 reps. Athletes can tag in and out as needed.
After completion, one athlete jumps on the assault bike for 42 calories while the other 2 hold the 75lb barbells overhead. If someone lowers a barbell, the athlete has to stop pedaling. Athletes can tag in an out on the bike.
At the completion of a full round, start round 2.

Getting our asses kicked all weekend. Best event was the swim event for us so far. We’ve been struggling with synchro crap since we weren’t able to get together and work on stuff as a team before the event started.
However, the Barbell Complex is tomorrow and we should do extremely well in it.
..and there is nothing like a tandem 405 deadlift bouncing onto my right foot, not once, but twice, during a 60 rep couplet chipper. Luckily, I didn’t break anything.
