What are the best budget rubber dumbbells you can buy on Amazon or some other site?

Just looking for a 35 lb pair, just don’t want them to fall apart.

Seconded. I've been toying around with the idea of adjustables, but everything is stupid expensive right now. I have an old set, but changing plates isn't real fast and getting the collars back on. I think I'm going to get one heavier set so when I'm switching back and forth on my workouts I can just set the adjustables to one weight and grab the standard ones when I switch out.
