Ya I guess thats right. I just measure it with a syringe like the one but mine is smaller so I can measure more accurately, one cc equals one ml.

I only took one. It just always had that effect on me. I actually used to get nosebleeds as a kid, so it didn't surprise me that something affecting blood flow could have that impact. Plus, as I said, whenever I took one I was always DEFCON 1 level drunk off my arse.

So, what is the best way to draw 5mg that you use? And do you ingest with water?

Ya the syringe I have fits into the bottle so I just put it in and draw a little up. No water needed.

Unfortunately, I have to take them for the specific reason they were made.
I have taken Viagra, Cialis, and Stendra which just came out this year. They all work as advertised.
They all cost the same so Cialis is the best buy because you can be ready any time for approx. three days. Since the price is over $40 per pill through a pharmacy when not covered by insurance, you can get your moneys worth over a weekend with Cialis.
For me, Cialis and Stendra work faster than Viagra. Viagra also gave me a headache. The other comments are correct. It does seem to make you last longer and it will get you ready for a second time quickly.

It really doesn't matter since it lasts so long. I just take a dose every 3 days unless I know I have a big weekend or something!
