After hours I have walked the track at Woodlawn HS.

A friend knows a staff member there and told me WHS isn't open to the public. Maybe I just need to drive out there one weekend.

Pretty sure there aren’t officially any in Baton Rouge. If it’s not fenced though, what are they going to tell you? Plus there would have to be someone around that cares to begin with.
