So I've torn my meniscus and ACL, what are some exercises y'all have that would help me maintain my fitness? I'm unable to run, riding my bike is painful, and I can't walk without a limp for the time being. It's being decided when I will have surgery, but I don't want to balloon up for the time being.

Swimming was recommended and I've been doing that, but I want to do more than just one exercise.

I came to recommend

Swimming
Thats all I was able to do presurgery for my ACL and meniscus. Post surgery, walking for a good while was plenty enough.

I'm just hoping to change it up. I enjoy swimming, but I also want to try other exercises

Working the uninjured limb minimizes atrophy in the injured limb, for reasons I don't understand but that are well documented.
