It’s hard to break some bad habits (big lifting background with limited Olympic for me) but I feel I have ID’d things/drills I can work on to improve my Oly technique and timing.

Really enjoyed the nutrition part of the weekend. Some good info (although limited due to time) to help with my own nutrition moving forward.

It was a large group of us. As I looked around (and I do recognize I have stuff to work on myself) there were people with no business there if coaching is their end-goal. Some of those need several years more of training before even thinking of doing it.

However, if they were there to enrich themselves, I hope they found things to help in their fitness journey.

The test was tough.

How was the test tough? Just curious. I looked at some sample questions and they looked incredibly easy.

Some were very easy, some were a pain in the arse.
