Does anyone know of a running coach in the BR area or an online running coach?
I’m training for the tiger10k. The couch210k is not cutting it.
I’m a large guy that’s lost 100lbs and taking up running. 6’4” 275lbs.

Google search for: RRCA & USATF Certified Running Coach.
I can’t speak to BR, but the RRCA guy I found here in Bham was excellent.
