Recovery devices: Stim Units, Massage Guns, etc...

So, I’m the king of recovery devices.
The latest thing I bought was a hypervolt which is a midranged price massage gum at about $300.
For the last 2.5 years, I have battled left know tendinitis, probably a issue that developed after left ankle surgery.
Most of the time, the pain occurs while sitting or driving, so I’ve been using it on my left quad, just above the knee if it starts to bother me to help relieve tension on the patella.
I’ve been doing this for about 4 weeks now, and the tendinitis has been bothering me less and less.
Results say it’s working. So if someone has a similar issue, they can try one of these devices. It doesn’t have to be a hypervolt, because they do have cheaper options available.

Yea they help, but you should really look at mobility and imbalances at the joints above and below the joint you are having issue with.
Defranco talks about this alot how fixing the mobility and imbalance issues will stop tendinitis and tennis elbow

It started due to ankle mobility not being where it should be after my surgery.
Mobility is there now, but I’ve never really slowed down so the pain persisted.
The stim work while driving has been a huge help.

Look for a cordless reciprocating saw and something called “mobility bits”. I think between both I spent a total of $100. Works every bit as good as a $400 massage gun. It is pretty load though.

Yeah, that is the lowest priced route.
The hypervolt is one of the quietest units on the market.
