Looking for a recommendation for a new men’s daily multivitamin.

Trying to add fish oil and tumeric as I deal with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis and I’ve heard people have success with the addition of these items.

Maybe it’s easiest to add these as a separate pill. If that’s the case, which men’s multivitamin would you utilize with the tumeric and fish oil?

I did PureVitamin club for the Multis and Magnesium, and Jocko for Vitamin D and krill oil.

Probably not worth it, beyond the Mg and D, but I waste more money on other shite that absolutely has no benefit.

I take PreserVision AREDS 2,eye vitamins and minerals supplement.
I have macular degeneration, have been taking them 5-6 years and it hasn’t progressed to loss of central vision.

I would recommend them, might lower your chance of ever getting M D.

Also take K2/D3,Mag,glycinate,turmeric,N acetylcysteine and Nattokinase
Started creatinine 5 gm every night a few months ago,I feel more mentally alert.

I’m 75 and take no prescription meds,Last visit to my PCP he remarked that I was a rare pt.most people my age are on a hand full of meds.

I’m note been much on fish oil,I’ve read some of it is rancid, some of it is high in mercury.I eat sardines once or twice a week.I’ve been contemplating
starting krill oil but I kinda hate to add another supplement.

I would personally recommend turmeric with black pepper (high quality brand) and non-fish based Omega-3. These cost a little more, but helped me tremendously when I was 30 pounds overweight and started jogging again to lose weight. I was much older than my earlier jogging sessions and started getting inflammation in my knees from all the pounding the ground & being overweight.
