Bulking diet, does it really matter what I eat?
I am trying to put on some muscle. Every time I get in a workout routine I have a hard time gaining mass. I think it’s my nutrition because I tend to loose weight. So I’m going to try and increase my caloric intake. Does it really matter what I eat. Can I eat fast food? Or do I just eat a lot more of the foods I regularly eat?

Yeah, bulking with relatively healthy food is better. Eating crappy food will add a higher percentage of fat vs muscle.
I'm fairly skinny naturally and have had good results getting more carbs from rice with beef broth and using steak as a primary protein source.
