That’s some shite luck right there. How the hell did you get thoracic discs to bulge?

Which one? I assume eleven? Very limited things to do for thoracic. They can’t move by design so I don’t know if any PT can work?

There is a usual spot like T12-L1 I believe that can be manipulated and possibly reduced. All depends where the bulge is.

How’d you manage that?

I honestly got nothing. I’m always on here talking about Mackenzie Therapy. You can look it up, but those disc don’t move.

Depending on size and quality of life effects? Surgery is all I got?

Anybody else??

With surgery I’d worry about the surgical approach. If they go in from the front???

Will look up. 2 days after the shots, would have a good day and then back to pain the next.

Have you tried radiofrequency ablation? Has given my dad relief for over a year when nothing else worked.

LSU alum you a Mckenzie Therapist? I am one in NOLA. Seated thoracic extension in chair lifting elbows to ceiling with foam roller at T9/10 May get to that?

I am not. I am a nurse who had a c6 radiculopathy. Old drinking buddy of mine is a PT who told me about it. Had me doing chin tucks over the phone and was describing what should happen as it happened.

I’ll have to look up seated thoracic extension. I have a t12-l1 bulge that can irritate at times.

I just know thoracic vertebrae are made to not move or be manipulated really. T8 sounds like a tough injury.
