I'm having my second ACL replacement on the same knee in 15 months next month. Currently stationed at Fort Carson and I'm less than satisfied with the physical therapy. I will be requesting off post therapy, does anyone have any experience with therapy here in Colorado Springs? And do you have recommendations?

TIA

I can’t help with a recommendation there but you are in an area that civilian doctors and PTs should be specialists in ACL treatment with it being a ski area. Very common there. You should look into getting a civilian doctor that does a lot of those ACLs if possible and then they can refer you to a good PT they regularly use for rehab. If you only get to choose the PT, you should be able to find some reviews on local google searches and can call around to ask them how much experience they have with ACL. I’d imagine most there are well versed in rehab for it but a sports medicine place with rehab should definitely be good to go.
