Possible rib subluxation???

Last couple of days I have had issues with a rib right above my oblique that seems to shift/roll out of place mainly during exercise. It does not cause severe pain but enough discomfort that I will stop a set.
Does anyone have any experience or insight on this on what it could actually be? Is it safe to push through this type of injury?
