Anyone experienced this ? Pain behind the knee causing leg to lock up . Especially painful after squatting down and trying to stand back up.

Tore it running the bases in softball years ago at the beginning of my geezerhood. Used to be just diagnosed as torn calf muscle. Boot for four weeks.
