Weird topic…

My nose is constantly dry and full of boogers. Kinda makes breathing seem harder than it should be, but I thought this was normal.

Reading a little online that a humidifier could possibly help me out. Does anyone sleep with a humidifier bedside? If so, do you have any recommendations. Seems like there are a ton of options ranging from $40 to $300.

Yes, I do. It really helps keep my sinuses clear while I’m sleeping. I bought a Vicks cool mist humidifier. But, you need to keep it meticulously clean because mildew can build up if you don’t.

I didn’t like the ton of steam they put out. Messed with the finish on furniture over time. We have one of the larger oil diffusers. Bought some breathe essential oil blend. Holds about one cup of water and a few drops of oil each night during the dry season and let it run all night while we sleep. I think it’s just some blend of lemon, eucalyptus, and other oils, but it smells nice and helps open you up. Just search Amazon. You can get the little machine for under $20.

Ours looks about like this.
