Need a new or updated routine

Looking to change my routine a bit and having no luck searching the web.
Background: been lifting for almost 10 years now, 5'10" @ 188 and probably around 20% body fat vs 140/16% when I started lifting in college.
I used to strictly do a 4 or 5 day split trying to lift heavy, then tried a couple of different routines focusing on short rest intervals and higher reps working to failure (program was called Bulldozer). I recently went back to a 3/4 day split: legs/shoulders, chest/tri, back/bi and 3 to 4 sets, 8 to 10 reps. I'd like to change it up and am looking to burn some fat. I don't care about maxing out or lifting more than everyone else, more focused on good form and getting the most out of each set. Plus I work out solo and want to avoid injury. Ideally, I think I'd like to be closer to 180 @ 17% bf. I just can't find a routine that I like and will work on a 3 day split. I'm not big on cardio, typically do 15 minutes fast pace walk on an incline treadmill after each workout.
Let me know if y'all have anything worth checking out. I appreciate the help.

First start Here
With your goals and 3 days a week I would suggest the greyskull lp or the greyskull LCI program with no deadlift day. Take a look at those and let us know what you think.
