Looking online trying to find interactions between the two of these together or other medications.
Google isn't yielding anything.

I take Spike Support (nattokinase) to remedy/prevent the blood clot abnormalities seen after the Covid “vaccines.”
No experience with Lyon’s Mane, but a quick google tells me it’s also a blood thinner.
I’d be hesitant to take both.
Consult your doctor and get blood work to determine PT/INR. This will give you guidance on how much blood thinning you will want to do with supplements.
If you do do this, please post an update.

Yeah, I already take Nattokinase and occasionally will have some early morning dizziness, nothing crazy though. So I'm kinda hesitant to guinea pig myself.

Blood work, my friend, will give you definite answers.
