I'm surprised of how little soreness I have in my legs today

My CNS is adapting faster than I expected
When I was younger I took these microchanges for granted by not realizing it comprehending what they were

Today
Back squat 105x5, 130x5 140x5, 150x5, 160x5,
Bench press 105x5, 120x5, 145x5, 160x5, 160x5
Barbell bent over row 115x5, 135x5, 165x5, 185x5, 185x5
Decline sit-ups 3x10

Good pace. Squats and bench felt really good. Back is still a little sore from Friday but not terrible

your row is pretty strong for your other numbers

ive been physically inactive for a while
plus i tore my pec minor and bicep a few years ago and rehabbed it on my own so i never got the strength back. so much scar tissue that remains. somehow my bent over row didn't take a very big hit like my overhead press, bench press, squat, or deadlift

yeah its a long way off from my personal gym lifts of 550 squat and 610 deadlift.

I actually just switched this morning from stronglifts to Madcow. SL was just too many heavy sets of squats every week. I was sore every single day I felt like.

Squat: 120/145/160/170/185
Bench: 100/120/145/160/160
Row: 80/90/110/125/125

My row is getting better as i do it more. The stance always throws me off.

Excited to try the Saturday workout which jumps up the squat for a heavy day X3
