Memorial partner workout from last week...

In honor of the 8 Marines who lost their lives on October 8th, 1990.
8 rounds for time:
8 HSPUs
8 Box Jumps (24/20)
8 KB swings (53/35)
8 Wall balls (20/14)
8 Snatches (95/65)
8 Bar facing burpees
8 Pull-ups
8 Thrusters (95/65)
You go, I go format. Partner does one full round and then rests while the other partner goes one full round. 4 full rounds each.
About a 25-40 min workout depending on the cardio of you and your partner.
