My brother just recently ran a cycle of LGD-4033 or Ligandrol. He seems to have gotten some pretty good results. I’ve done some research on it but was wondering if anyone in here has any personal experience with it before I decide to hop on it as I’ve been out of the supplement game for a while except for protein and creatine.

Its a decent compound. Its possible to see fairly maintainable gains in size and strength (nothing mind blowing), but its possible to suppress your endogenous test production/HPTA.

If I were to run LGD, I would at least utilize a legitimate SERM
based post cycle therapy (Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator) plan.

While SARMs, like LGD, are relatively safe, you don't want to skimp on PCT, especially due to the fact the PCT products you would need are super cheap.

ETA: Go to other fitness/supplement based forums and read, read, read.

My buddy did a cycle and lost his ability to see in the dark for several months.

Stay Natty.

My buddy did it and he impregnated his wife, who was on birth control, with quadruplets.

Stay Natty.

Used LGD twice. Didn’t really diet the way I should have, but I did get a little stronger. I did not use a PCT, and my test came back fine after a few weeks. I used irc before they closed and narrow labs and both of them taste like shite. I would not use them again, because

A) Whatever difference it made I could have likely done through eating right
B) Since they are new, the long term side effects of them are unknown.

If I use anything else in the future, it’ll be the real deal

How did you know your test was down. And how did you know when it came back. What was that recovery like.

I honestly didn’t which is why I’m not that big of a fan of it. I did feel like I got a little weaker when I stopped using it. My energy levels decreased slightly. I regret not getting bloods done before, but I got it done a little after a month after I finished and my test levels were in a normal range.

ETA: All in all, I really don’t think it made much of a difference. Not worth it imo
