Fellas,

I am and have been a huge powerlifting fan. Love hitting the weights. But wanted a change of pace after lifting had gotten a bit stale. I’m also getting older and recovering from a hard lift is getting more difficult.

Really been enjoying this plan. (Week one is a bit easy ... especially day one ... but week two will crush you).

Just thought I’d throw the link out there in case anyone was interested.

Just a heads up, they let their website certificate expire last week so there is an error message when you go to the site that you’ll need to navigate around.

Eta: I still try to lift one day a week.

Also, I don’t do their warmup. I do the DeFranco Agile 8 which has really opened up my hips over time.
