Is there a service in LC that will take elderly people to doctor’s appointments?

Sorry if this is the wrong board. I wasn’t sure where to put this question.
If anyone knows of a service that takes elderly people to doctor’s appointments that will pick up from the Westlake/ Sulphur area, please post their name. I’ve got a relative that needs help, but I don’t live close enough to do it myself.
