Intermittent fasting vs taking supplements with food

So how do you balance taking supplements that require you eat before taking them with and Intermittent fasting diet.

Would it be better to take the supplements on an empty stomach or scratch the fast plan and eat something small?

Wtf are you taking that requires it to be with food and has such a short half life it has to be taken every few hours?

test booster stack I'm taking bottle says it requires to be taken with food. It works I've made major strength gains on it.

Eat a small snack 2 hours before, workout, eat all of your calories after.

just wait and take with the food then. Any true test booster is going to be a acute effect, not immediate.

38 Test productions starts dropping after you hit 30 usually 1% a year.
