Unfortunately lifting heavy will be out for a while. At least now I know why my shoulder has been hurting and no surgery is required. The bad thing is that there is nothing I can do besides rest it.
I'm going to try to work hard on my diet to lean up. I was thinking about focusing on working out my legs since that won't cause pain to my shoulder. Are there any back exercises that don't require much shoulder stress? The time it hurts most is going heavy on military press or front delt raise motion.
I was pretty bummed out for a couple of days but am ready to work around it and focus on cutting fat and strengthening the areas that I can.
Any advice would be great.

Dumbell work with the other arm will minimize losses on the injured side, for reasons I dont understand but are well documented.

I'm experiencing a lot of shoulder pain and soreness. Did you have to get an MRI?

I'm recovering from bicep surgery and doing legs, core work, and cardio. You may be able to do some lat pulldowns without any issues. Do something to stay busy so you don't get beat down mentally.
