WHY Sugar is as Bad as Alcohol (Fructose, The Liver Toxin)
This video shows how Sugar leads to the same problems as Alcohol by examining the Biochemistry.
Pretty interesting video from the What I've Learned channel on youtube. Does a good job of compacting broad knowledge into a short video imo. Maybe some of you will also enjoy the stuff

Not saying they are or aren't, but it is interesting to see how the biochemistry actually works, glycogen, mitochondria, what organs it taxes, how it turns into fat, etc.
That youtube channel also has some other good topics for the health board, especially for people finally making the jump to a healthy lifestyle imo. Plus the videos are all 15 minutes or less.
