How do you supplement CLA?

I’ve read anywhere from 3 grams/day to 7.2. 1 or 2 servings/day? AM, PM, noon, bedtime? With food or without? I want to be sure I’m taking enough, but want to be efficient so I don’t waste it. TIA.

I always did 1 gram after each meal, so 3g a day. I'm not a huge believer in fat burners, but I feel like I got some results from CLA. Diet is still the most important thing.
