Health Data Project

I’ve been working on a project to bring my health data from multiple sources together so I can see and analyze it in one place and thought some here might be interested in something like this so I wanted to share an outline that can be reprodudced with your own data sources or for your needs.
My goal is to use the data to help keep my Type 2 diabetes under control without medication. I also want to better understand how sleep, exercise, recovery and nutrition affect my blood glucose. I like to see data and track progress, so having it all together vs across multiple apps makes sense for the way I look at things.
What I’m using:
Garmin — activity, workouts, sleep, recovery and other health data
Libre 3 CGM — continuous glucose data
Freddy — personal MCP server that connects health and fitness data to AI assistants
Health Connect — Android connection used to move data between supported apps
Future add — Cronometer for nutrition and meal timing
Future add — Tonal for strength-training data
I connected Garmin directly to Freddy. The free version of Freddy only allows one data source, and running Garmin through Health Connect stripped out too much data. I paid the $49 annual fee so I could connect Garmin directly and get essentially everything Garmin tracks. My Libre 3 connects through Health Connect on my Android phone to Freddy, where the glucose data can be matched with the Garmin data.
I’m planning to add Cronometer for nutrition and meal timing and Tonal for strength training. This will let me match meals and strength workouts with glucose, activity, sleep and recovery.
The final phase will be a private, cloud-hosted dashboard I can access from my phone or laptop. It will have timeline overlays showing glucose along with meals, walks, workouts, sleep and other events. This should make it easier to see what is affecting my blood glucose and other health metrics. I’ll also be able to create a report link for my MD or generate a PDF to print or share if he wants the info.
Before Mingo or anyone says lose weight fatty, I am not fat, I just can't out run my genes so T2 was in the cards for me. I am totally under control with diet and exercise unlike some of my family who rely on insulin and other meds.

All health data in one place vs multiple, eventual dashboard with overlays of each in one place.
